I am traveling all over Europe on a research trip of European schools and a little R&R. At the same time, I am keenly interested in being available for my clients wherever I am, by email and SKYPE.
I stay in excellent hotels. But I have to tell you, the quality of Internet service is uneven. In many hotels the service is of very bad quality, so much so that I cannot even view streaming video, and access is often delayed or blocked.
But in Barcelona, the Internet service was super-efficient, fast, user-friendly and no delays. It was so good that I inquired with the management of the hotel. And was delighted that the provider was DOCOMO.
This is the kind of new business in overseas expansion where there are great opportunities. Needed is the cross-cultural agility to sell the service and deliver the after service. DOCOMO be proud and congratulate your team in Spain.
